The Raimond II Pendant is inspired by the geodesic dome. Designer Raimond Puts was fascinated by the dome’s construction and began experimenting with how it could be incorporated into a lighting design. The resulting design showcases two interconnected stainless-steel spheres, each housing a multitude of integrated LED light sources. As well as geometric shapes, Raimond Puts was fascinated by mathematics.

While the Raimond II is decorative whether illuminated or not, the pendant comes to life when switched on. The integrated lights emit a soft glow that surrounds the sphere, reflected in the steel structure. This mesmerising display is reminiscent of the soft glow of a starry night. Install above a dining table to create the impression of dining out under the stars. In larger spaces or commercial settings, create an extravagant display of light by installing clusters of pendants in varying sizes.
