The base of the lamp is crafted from powder coated steel, with the shade made from a textured plastic material which resembles glass, giving the floor lamp a sophisticated look. The pleated effect of the shade creates a beautiful play of light when the lamp is switched on, the double colouring of the shade enhances this effect as the light reflects off of the white interior. The lampshade height can also be adjusted, it slides up and down the stem in order to offer you a perfect beam of light.
