G-10 Floor Lamp by Gubi


Designed by the prolific Greta M. Grossman in 1950, the G-10 floor lamp is part of the G-10 light collection by Gubi, bringing back one of Grossman’s undiscovered designs to the modern eye.

Like the G-10 Pendant light, this floor lamp has a distinct lampshade, which is broad, has clear lines and, to some, playfully resembles a hat that typically would have been worn at the time of its design.

With its angular brass stand and contrasting rough surfaced lampshade the G-10 floor lamp looks both classic and industrial in style, making it perfect for a contemporary aesthetic. The G-10 gives a pleasant softly diffused light, which works well as a lounge light over your favourite chair as you sit back and relax in your homely surroundings.
