Foscarini Spokes 1 LED Pendant Light

The Spokes design by Garcia Cumini for Foscarini expresses a lightweight feeling and offers fantastic illumination, casting spoke-like shadows on the surrounding walls and ceiling. The airy feel of the design casts playful and ever-changing shadows on the walls, therefore great for creating a relaxed atmosphere. The Spokes 1 pendant is the longer of the three designs which is ideal for tall rooms, hallways and narrow spaces.

Cumini was inspired by aviaries and oriental lanterns, and the Spokes pendant light was given its name when the designer observed the spokes of a bicycle wheel. The lightweight nature of Foscarini’s Spokes 1 is juxtaposed with the solidity of the metal rods making the pendant light particularly suitable for both living spaces and public venues and ideal in large architectural contexts as well in its multiple compositions.
