Flos Captain Flint LED Floor Lamp

The Flos Captain Flint Floor Lamp was designed by Michael Anastassiades and provides adjustable and directional light, and is a perfect example of the multi-purpose free-standing luminaire. The silhouette consists of a slim stem and a conical shade that houses an LED light source and the opaline PC diffuser. The head of the fixture rotates through the vertical axis around the stem, allowing for ambient up-lighting or a directional light source for reading.

The design of the Captain Flint Floor Lamp is reminiscent of other work by Anastassiades, such as the String Lights and highlights the notion of balance, with the cone shade delicately resting on the stem.
