Online orders
We are still able to accept new orders and have 1000s of products in stock and ready to ship.

As per government guidelines, we have taken measures to protect our team and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, all staff who are able to are working from home but our team is still available to answer your enquiries.

Delivery Update

Stock items: we are able to operate our usual Next Working Day Delivery Service again for 'in stock' items for orders placed before 10 am on a weekday. Please select your preferred delivery date from the list when completing your purchase online.

Non-stock items: once you've placed your order, we will email you within 48 hours with an approximate lead time. The vast majority of our suppliers are operating as usual meaning the majority of lead times are back to normal - some orders may be subject to slightly longer lead times due to COVID-19 and reduced teams in our brands' factories to keep workplaces safe.
