Axolight DoDot Ceiling / Wall Light

The DoDot is a compact yet powerful light, designed by Simone Micheli and developed by Axolight's R&D team. The lamp is comprised of two halves of a sphere, creating a deceptively simple-looking profile. Micheli designed it to stand out for its colour but disappear due to its geometry. The contemporary design is characterised by its technical excellence in terms of power and light quality.

The Dodot is crafted from high-quality materials and made entirely in Italy. The body is adjustable by +/- 46°, allowing users to direct light precisely where it’s needed. When illuminated, the Dodot casts a wide beam of light, perfect for illuminating work surfaces or highlighting works of art. There are three beam angles available: 15° and 35° that are oriented by an aluminium reflector, and 45°, which is oriented by a glass lens. In the home, the Dodot is well-suited for use as a task light in a kitchen or study. Multiple lamps can be installed to line the length of a hallway for a space-saving lighting solution that provides a bright and uniform glow. In commercial spaces, the Dodot is perfect for use in galleries and museums.
