The Umanoff pendant was first designed by American designer Arthur Umanoff in the 1950s. Made during the modern movement, this pendant light combines vintage style with a more streamlined look and is an example of design at the time which sought to move away from the more extravangent, ornamental design ideals from previous eras.
Made from spun brass, the lampshade has clean, geometric lines and a meshed pattern at the bottom, providing a downward directed light perfect for hanging over tables. The top of the Umanoff pendant light has a beautiful wooden fitting in a deep walnut finish. This detail creates a gorgeous aesethetic and balances with the brass to be a wonderful addition to any interior. Use alone or in rows to suit all your needs, whether at home or in a commercial space.
