Jordi Canudas is a Spanish designer, born in Barcelona in 1975. After completing an MA in Design Products at the Royal College of Art, he founded his own studio in London in 2007. Canudas is also a member of OKAY Studio, the London-based design collective, and later moved his own studio to Barcelona, where it is now based.
His work has been exhibited internationally and is held in collections including MoMA in New York and Die Neue Sammlung in Munich. Working across product design, product development, art direction, interiors, and one-off production, Canudas is known for a hands-on approach to materials, often using testing and experimentation as part of the design process. His work has received a number of awards, including a Best of Year award from Interior Design magazine, Metropolis Likes, and a Wallpaper* Design Award.
