Guglielmo Poletti is an Italian designer, currently based in Milan. His work spans a range of fields including lighting, furniture and spatial design, and can be described as experimental. Poletti studied Contextual Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, and after graduating, he founded his own studio in 2016.
Designs by Guglielmo Poletti explore the limits of materials and investigate the inherent constructive potential of materials through a deconstructive approach to form, aiming to shed light on the logical foundations of each project. Poletti has collaborated with several internationally renowned clients such as Flos and has gone on to receive a variety of awards, such as the Wallpaper* Design Award and the ADI Ceramics & Bathroom Design Award.
