Carlotta de Bevilacqua and Paola di Arianello formed their professional partnership in 2008 to combine architectural research with a focus on simplicity. De Bevilacqua is the President and CEO of Artemide, having earned an Architecture degree from the Politecnico di Milano in 1983. Arianello joined following industrial design studies in Genoa and at the University of Lapland. This collaboration unites two generations of Milanese design.
