Carlotta de Bevilacqua and Laura Pessoni

Carlotta de Bevilacqua is the President & CEO of Artemide and President of Danese Milano. She is an experienced designer, renowned for her innovative technological perspectives within the lighting sector. In addition to being an award-winning designer, Carlotta de Bevilacqua is a passionate activist, advocating for animal rights, youth education, and environmental matters. Approaching design with a blend of humanism and science, Bevilacqua’s designs connect physiological and psychological well-being.

Laura Pessoni graduated in Industrial Design in 2008. In the same year, she began her collaboration with Studio de Bevilacqua, which continues to this day. Together, Pessoni and Studio de Bevilacqua specialise in interior and lighting design, focusing on the constant dialogue between perception and design values.
