Product Description

Maija 30 Floor Lamp by Santa & Cole

The Maija 30 floor light was first conceived in 1955, designed by the famous Finnish designer Ilmari Tapiovaara. Always using nature to inspire his work, Tapiovaara was influenced by the lack of streetlight in Baltic cities for the Maija, where light mainly comes from houses and shop windows. This type of warm glow is emulated by a honeycomb like lampshade, made from metal discs and supported by brass rods.

The Maija floor lamp is available in a white finish and will add a classic and vintage touch to any interior. The soft illumination will create a cosy pocket of light in the room, being suitable for lounges, bedrooms, dining rooms and more. The floor light also comes equipped with a dimmer switch, allowing you to create the perfect ambience for your space.
