'Estadio' translates to Stadium in English, which hints to the original home of this luminaire; the Santa & Cole Estadio Triple Support Suspension was originally designed by Miguel Mila for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games Stadium. The design is reminiscent of medieval chandeliers which would host numerous candles, found in castles and cathedrals. The Estadio Suspension is made of a powerful metal ring and textured glass blocks, which produce a softly diffused light and result in beautiful shadows that are cast across your room.
