OE Quasi pendant light from Louis Poulsen

The Louis Pouslen OE Quasi Light by Olafur Eliasson is an environmentally conscious design which is not only a lighting fixture but also a sculptural piece of art.
The complex geometrical structure of this light consists of two contrasting geometric shapes: an inner white, polycarbonate structure with 12 pentagonal faces which appears to float within a dark, rigid outer aluminium frame.

12 individual LEDs face inwards from the outer aluminium frame, illuminating the detail of the white inner shape, which then reflects the light outward providing an indirect, glare-free light. The spherical nature of the inner white shape reflects the light evenly around the room.

Created with longevity and sustainability in mind, all parts of the OE Quasi Light are replaceable, the outer frame is made from 90% recycled aluminium and all other parts are 100% recyclable.
