This Catellani & Smith pendant light demonstrates the beauty of fiberglass material as it showcases the characteristics and properties of the material that make it the perfect lampshade. The tactile nature of the fiberglass gives this pendant light an interesting raw and natural appearance that is enhanced by the frayed edges of the fiberglass shade. These frayed edges create a shadow and light pattern wherever it is placed. As the light escapes from the gap in between the two hemispheres, it creates a mix of direct and indirect light that would be ideal for any space that needs ambiance and practical light.
